Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out via email here or on the contact us page.
We currently ship domestically in the United-States, as well as to the rest of the world, though the buyer will be responsible for any additional taxes or fees incurred in international shipping.
NOTE: Orders fulfilled through Printful ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries:
Crimea
Cuba

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners will be calculated upon checkout. You can find them when choosing a delivery method before confirming your order.
Domestically in the United States, we offer USPS First Class, Priority, and Priority Express services, with delivery times ranging from 1-3 business days for most orders, or faster if the Express Mail option is selected at checkout.
Internationally, we offer USPS First-Class Package International, Priority International, and Priority Express International, with delivery times ranging anywhere from 5-22 business days, depending on method chosen. Priority International delivers within 6-10 business days, and Priority Express International delivers within 3-5 business days.

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionaly offer support for Paypal at this time. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
We currently only support charging our customers in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

We do not currently offer the ability to pay for an order in multiple installments, but let us know in our contact section if this is an option you would like to see implemented in the future!
We do offer faster shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.
For US domestic orders, USPS Priority Express is the fastest option we have available, with rates starting at $23.75.
For International orders, USPS Priority Mail Express International is the fastest option, with rates beginning at $40.95. You can select one of these options after having entered your delivery location.

Deliveries outside of the United States will have to pay custom taxes. Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order. For more information, please refer the to the USPS website for more information on the custom taxes for your country.
We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:
The item must have been sold on our online store
The item should be unopened and in it's original packaging
The return or exchange request is made within 28 days of delivery
The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request
If the order has been made for an item fulfilled by Printful (ie. apparel, blankets, mugs, etc). then please contact us, and then refer to their return and exchange policy here to proceed with next steps.

We do accept exchanges if the item you received is in the wrong size or a mistake has been made in fulfilling your order (wrong design, color, etc.) To request an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.
Returns within the United States are free. You can refer to the delivery paper within your package to organize your return. Returns from outside of the United State are the responsibility of the buyer. Feel free to contact us for more details.
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return
We currently don't have a physical store. However, we are hoping to add a list of distributors some time in the future, so be sure to keep checking back!
We guarantee that any product made by us and sold through our online store is to be free of defect. We gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:
